Timothy Bruggeman of Thief River Falls, MN age 49 died on Saturday, June 27, 2015 as the result of an automobile accident. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thief River Falls, MN with Father Rick Lambert presiding. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Brooks, MN. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM prayer service on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN. Visitation will also be held from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM on Wednesday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church. Timothy Frank Bruggeman was born on June 1, 1966 in Red Lake Falls, MN the son of Richard and Clare (Reopelle) Bruggeman. He was baptized at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Brooks, MN. With Richard's work for the State of Minnesota, the family moved from Brooks to Big Lake to Park Rapids, settling in Thief River Falls in 1983. Tim would be excited to greet people with a smile and was a passionate person. He enjoyed long walks, listening to music, Star Wars, coffee, science, the solar system, rides in the country, and visiting with his family and friends. Tim especially enjoyed drinking Mountain Dew and eating spaghetti. Tim was once excited to sit down for a spaghetti dinner with his family and was quoted to say to his family thatYou guys can go ahead and have some too! He was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thief River Falls. Survivors include his mother, Clare of Thief River Falls; siblings, Therese (Scott) Peterson of Cromwell, MN, Frank (Deb) Bruggeman of Thief River Falls, Matthew (Angie) Bruggeman of Red Lake Falls, MN, Mark (Lana) Bruggeman and Anthony (Brenda) Bruggeman all of Thief River Falls; nieces and nephews, Diana, Megan, Nicole, Douglas, Courtney, Evan, Lindsey, Raynee, Maddy, Aaron, Colin and Joey; and several aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard; grandparents, Ildage & Alma Reopelle and Frank & Zoe Bruggeman.
