Obituary

Travis Flom, 16, died Monday, February 14, 2005 as a result of a snowmobile accident.

Travis Steven Flom was born June 19, 1988 at Grand Forks, ND, the son of DelRay and Jodi (Nygaard) Flom.. He was dedicated as a baby. He grew up and attended Challenger and Franklin Schools and the last years he was home schooled. He worked for Tom Ramsey, putting up grain bins and also for Stan Tvedt, cutting trees.

He played basketball for the Cyclones and soccer for Community Church Eagles. He enjoyed hunting and snowmobiling. He also liked paint ball games, cooking deer steak and beef jerky and anything Arctic Cat or with wheels.

Survived by parents, DelRay and Jodi Flom, Thief River Falls, MN; brothers and sisters, Tiffany, Tyler and Trevor Flom, Andrea Tydlacka and foster brother, Jesse Carlson, all of Thief River Falls, MN; grandparents, John and Sharon Flom and Don and Rose Nygaard, all of Thief River Falls, MN; aunts and uncles, Laureen (Randy) Brotzman, Loudeen (David) Rensch, Gwen Flom, Donna(Don Heeney) Gaskins and Marianne Hay; cousins, Cassandra, Kendra, Amanda, Michael, Joseph, Tayler, Jeremy, Holly, Dylan and Isaac and special friend, Laura Kelly.

Preceded in death by great grandparents and an uncle in infancy.
