Tricia LeeAnn Parcell (1974-2026)

Tricia LeeAnn Parcell, age 52, of Red Lake Falls, Minnesota, passed away at home on July 15, 2026.

She was born in Richland, Washington on February 18,1974 to Leona Briley and Terry Parcell. She grew up in Pasco with her mother and step-father Richard Folta, Sr., her brother Sheldon, sister Candice, and step-brothers Richard Folta, Jr. and Christopher Folta. Tricia attended schools in Pasco and briefly in Richland. Her greatest joy was when she welcomed her son, Brandon, into the world in January 1995.

Tricia moved to Minnesota in 2010 where she lived with her son in Thief River Falls till his death in 2018, and towards the end of her life, she lived in Red Lake Falls where she had kind neighbors and a cat named Bubba.

Tricia was preceded in death by her parents, Leona Folta and Terry Parcell, her beloved son, Brandon Parcell, and her Parcell and Briley grandparents. She is survived by her step-father, Richard Folta, Sr., her siblings, Sheldon Parcell (Lisa), Candice Draper (Ken), step-siblings, Richard Folta, Jr. (Elena), and Christopher Folta (Krista), several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

Services will be held for family members in August.
