Tristen Lee-Dolen, 37, died November 9, 2009 as a result of a car accident in Perham, MN.

Funeral service will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Evangelical Free Church, Thief River Falls, MN with Reverend Robert Dahlen officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls, MN.

Visitation will be 5 " 8 PM, Friday, November 13, 2009 at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN, with a 7 PM prayer service and for one hour prior to the service at the church, Saturday.

Visitation also will be 5-8 PM, Thursday, November 12, 2009 with a 7 PM prayer service led by Reverend Robert Pesola at Schoenberger Funeral Home, Perham, MN.

Tristen Jean Lee was born March 24, 1972, to Emery E. and Francisca (Anderson) Lee. Tristen lived and attended school in Thief River Falls, MN. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1990 and then attended Bemidji State University to pursue a degree in nursing. She later transferred to UND, where she graduated in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She then accepted a nursing position with St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, MN, where she obtained her Masters degree in nursing through the U. of M. She continued to work in the medical field and was currently working with the Perham Memorial Hospital in Perham, MN.

Tristen was married on January 22, 1999 in Breckenridge, CO to Patrick Dolen. They then lived in Rochester, MN, Roscoe, IL, Wadena, MN, Crossville, TN and currently, Perham, MN.

She thoroughly enjoyed scrapbooking and annual skiing trips with her family. She especially loved water-skiing and spending time at Union Lake with her family. When it came to water-skiing, she loved to out-best her brother, Justen.

Tristen is survived by her husband, Patrick Dolen and four children, Austin, Mason, Joshua and Sienna Dolen, all of Perham, MN; her parents, Emery and Francisca (Anderson) Lee and her two brothers, Troy (Dara Dyrdal) and Justen Lee all of Thief River Falls, MN; her aunt, Donna Horacheck of Goodridge, MN; her aunt Beatrice Smith of Thief River Falls, MN; Grandma, Johanna (Daryl) Maria Voytilla of Viking, MN; father-in-law, Robert Dolen; mother-in-law, Patricia Dolen of Crossville, TN.

Tristen was pronounced dead on Monday, November 9, 2009 at Perham Memorial Hospital as a result of an auto accident early Monday morning at the age of 37 years, 7 months and 16 days. May her memory be blessed.
