Veo M. Musil, 74, of Red lake Falls, MN died on Wednesday, June 7, 2000 at Altru hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2000 at 1:30 PM at the Petterson Funeral Home in Red Lake Falls with Father Dave Super Officiating. Burial will be held in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.

Veo Modesta Musil was born November 15, 1925 daughter of Clayte and Mildred (Helm) Paul in Red Lake Falls, MN. She was raised in Red Lake Falls and Graduated from Lafayette High School in Red Lake Falls. Veo worked for the Phone Company as an operator in Red Lake Falls for a time. On January 14, 1948 she was united in marriage to Leo Musil in Red Lake Falls, MN. The couple lived their entire lives in Red Lake Falls.
Veo was a volunteer at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Red Lake Falls for over 30 years. She was an avid sports fan, was an active member of the Legion Auxiliary and the Hillcrest Auxiliary. Most of all Veo loved and enjoyed her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Leo Musil of Red Lake Falls, MN; daughters Mary (Louie) Toulouse of Emmons, MN and Pam (Al) Walker of Red Lake Falls, MN: grandchildren Bill (Traci) Toulouse, Jim Toulouse, Anne Toulouse, Amy (Bryan) Kinsella, Becky (Grant) Frenzel and Katie Walker. Sisters Mavis (William) Veano of Newport Beach, CA and Lorna Quiggle of Bakers Field, CA: sister-in-law Leah Musil of Cave Junction, OR and many nieces and nephews.
Veo is preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law Larry Musil and Bob Quiggle.
