Vivian Hiebert, 91, of Thief River Falls, MN, died Thursday January 9, 2014 at the Thief River Care Center in Thief River Falls, MN. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, January 13, 2014 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thief River Falls, MN with Father Rick Lambert presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held at St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery in Thief River Falls, MN in the spring. Vivian Rene Hiebert was born on March 6, 1922 in Cavalier County, North Dakota, the daughter of Lornie Beaulieu and Cecelia (Koehmstedt) Beaulieu. She graduated from High School in Langdon, ND. Vivian was united in marriage to Emil Hiebert January 2, 1942. She enjoyed collecting antiques, cooking and baking, flower gardens, and anything pink. She especially loved her dogs. Vivian is survived by one brother, Lornie Glen Beaulieu, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, children Janet (Douglas) Johnston, Thief River Falls, MN; Keith Hiebert (special friend Judy Powell), White Bear Lake; Larae (Luther) Kaushagen, Thief River Falls; and Candace (Calvin) Thompson, Sisseton, SD. Also survived by grandchildren Don (Sandi) Johnston, Ron Johnston, Cathy (Ron) Schulze, Steve Hiebert (special friend Kelsey DeGoey), Lona (Keith) Moen, Matt Kaushagen (Fianceé Kathryn Wilkes), Kelly and Kyle Thompson. She is survived by great grandchildren Craig Johnston, Alexis and Scott Johnston, Eric, Kevin and Casey Schulze, Kaitlyn, Lindsey, and Jessica Hiebert, Lucas Moen, and one great great grandchild Rilyn Johnston. She is also survived by several nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son Lynn, grandson Dale Johnston, and sister Chelta and her husband John Geir, sisters-in-law Mary Lou Beaulieu and Leona Eastman Nupdal, and daughter-in-law Darlene Hiebert.
