Warren Brenna, 65, died Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at Northwest Medical Center, Thief River Falls, MN.

Warren Lee Brenna was born August 14, 1939 in Huntley Township, Marshall County, MN, on the family farm, to Calmer and Sigrid (Johnson) Brenna. He was baptized and confirmed into the Lutheran Faith. He grew up and attended school in Middle River, MN.

On August 13, 1961, Warren was united in marriage to Sharon Naomi Simonson in Viking, MN. The couple lived in Thief River Falls, MN and Fargo, ND where he was employed as a heavy equipment operator. He operated several types of heavy equipment which he enjoyed working on as a mechanic.

Warren enjoyed socializing and telling stories.

Survived by daughters, Tammara (Tim) Freye, Bemidji, MN, Todd (Kris) Brenna, Wadena, MN, Tina (Carl) Smith, Dunseith, ND and Tiffany Brenna, Fargo, ND; 7 grandchildren, Jeremiah, Timothy, Colt, Heidi, Myckul, Krystofer, Anita, Jason and Andrew; sisters, Iva (Luverne) Lindahl, Thief River Falls, MN and Sonja (Wayne) Wegge, International Falls, MN; brother, Calmer Joe Brenna, North Carolina.

Preceded in death by wife, Sharon, July 17, 1990, parents, brothers and sisters, Odell, Russell, Carrie, Calma, Gail, Gaylord, Melva and Loren.
