Willard C. Mattison, 74, of Brooks, MN died on Friday, July 21, 2000 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Red Lake Falls, MN.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2000 at 10:00 AM at Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls, MN with Reverend Lloyd Wallace Officiating. Burial will be held in the Emardville Cemetery near Plummer, MN.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the Funeral Home on Saturday.

Willard Conrad Mattison was born September 14, 1925 in Chisholm, MN son of the late Ollie and Alpha (Olson) Mattison. He spent most of his life in Red Lake County near Brooks, MN farming and helping on area farms. The last few years he lived in Brooks.
He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plummer, MN. Willard enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sister Marvelyn Burtwick of Grand Rapids, MN; one niece and 7 nephews.
Willard is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Gordon Mattison and one sister Betty Mattison.
