Yvonne Budnick, 55, died Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at home in Thief River Falls, MN.

Yvonne Jean Thompson was born June 23, 1949 in Karlstad, MN, the daughter of Sievert and Carrie (Hanson) Thompson. She was baptized and confirmed into the Lutheran faith and attended school in Karlstad.

Yvonne was united in marriage to Thomas Leo Budnick on September 13, 1997 in Grand Forks, ND. The couple lived in Thief River Falls, where Yvonne was employed as Security Guard at Arctic for the past five years.

She enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, crocheting and ceramics.

Yvonne is survived by her husband, Tom of Thief River Falls, MN; six children: Jeff Skinner, Joyce Martinez and Larry Skinner, all of Grand Forks, ND, Candy Krammer of Missoula, MT, Penny Horsemen of Pequot Lakes, MN and Thomas Budnick, Jr. of Little Rock, AR; eight grandchildren: Bemuse Martinez, Roberto Martinez, Jeremy Lee Martinez, Joey Krammer, Jordan Krammer, Guido Krammer, RaShawn Horsemen and Carmen Horsemen; three brothers: Norman Thompson of Grafton, ND, Duane Thompson of Seymore, IN and Jerry Thompson of Sturgeon Bay, WI; four sisters: Violet Martinson of Grafton, ND, Eleanore Olson of Lancaster, MN, Norma Bristlin of Karlstad, MN and Connie Mantor of Minnapolis, MN and ; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Clifford Thompson, Hjalmer Thompson and Almer Thompson; and four sisters: Gladys Zaring, Anna Restameyer, Clarice Thompson and Joyce Thompson.
